The outer cup was included, but the essential fragrance bottle shown in the photo was not included‼️ What should I do? I purchased two items. Please arrange a return.

The aroma diffuser is awesome for its price. The quality of materials is good, all functions work perfectly (including "sleep mode" and "vibration wake-up"). It arrived in Krivoy Rog, Ukraine, 11 days after ordering. I definitely recommend the seller and will recommend him to my friends.

Everything arrived intact and very quickly. I recommend the seller.

The box was bent, but otherwise it's fine. The courier service is worthless; they say they've been to your house, but it's a lie. It arrived two days later.
