They fulfill their purpose...a screw punctured my tire, it was a bit difficult to remove it, you need a tool for this purpose, there are 2 types of plug screws, I used the larger one, I installed it.

Was a little skeptical as i usually use the string type.repairs but gave it a go and it's worked so far. looks a bit different from photos. it's actually like a fat screw with a glue type substance around it. repaired a tyre which i needed to do in a rush and has lasted over a day so far. will change it with the steing type over weekend when i have time

It's very good for a specific purpose and for going to a repair shop because it's a normal screw coated in silicone and loses air in just a few hours. I recommend it for emergencies only.
