Rack is a good design but cannot be used without the support underneath. The handlebar mount is plastic, which is solid to the bars, but the mount onto the rack has some play. So i wouldn't be confident to use without the support underneath to the fork.
The picture shows use with a suspension fork which cannot work as the support on the fork moves with the fork, flexing the rack.
Strengthen the rack to handlebar mount and the product would be great.
