Bought during a sale, initial price was 6 and a few cents per dollar, purchased for 3 dollars. USB ports are 5 volts 2A, claims fast charging 18W, but only the tester could not read the protocols on either USB or Type-C. In idle mode at 280V, it's well-made, doesn't smell bad, doesn't squeak or wobble. For this price, it's a good option for some minimal backup or low-power needs.
