The quality is very good. However, although 4 nuts were included in the package, only one was coated with Teflon. The correct combination is 2 spring washers, 2 regular nuts, and 2 Teflon nuts. In the end, 2 nuts could not be tightened properly.

The product is okay, but it doesn't fit very well; it creates a snag and you need to spend some time on installation. It's better to just use a regular screw to attach the hook and get the same effect.

Delivery was good and the product finish is nice.

It is of very good quality, it looks very rigid and firm. It fixed my car's anchor very well and now there is no noise at all.
